Thieves used a piece of construction equipment to steal an ATM from the drive-thru lane.
Police in Miramar, Fla., said they believe an all-terrain forklift, stolen from a construction site, was used to remove the Bank of America ATM from its concrete base early Thursday morning.
The thieves were quick, said Miramar police spokesman Bill Robertson in a report by CBS station WFOR-TV in Miami.
It only took about four minutes to pull the machine from its base and load it onto a waiting dump truck. The thieves then drove off.
Police have not said how much money was in the machine at the time of the theft.
