Naked Cowboy To Hand Out Free Tourist Guides

NEW YORK (AP) ― The big question is where will he hold them. The Naked Cowboy - who strums a guitar in Times Square while wearing white bikini briefs - will be handing out a free tourist guide today.

This is the beginning of the New Years Eve weekend when more than one million people are expected to come to Times Square to watch the ball drop.

The Naked Cowboy - whose real name is Robert John Burck - is a fixture in the area and he says people are always asking him for directions or other tips on New York City.

He will have a free visitors guide put together by the Internet research company - FindingDulcinea.com. The guide will cover everything from restaurants, subways and free bathrooms in the city.

New York City is expecting to hit 45.5 million visitors in 2007 - a seven percent increase from last year.
