Police Cut String Bikinis Off Suspected Thief

A suspected thief was not only nabbed with his pockets stuffed with jewelry and women's underwear, he apparently had stopped to try on some of his loot.

According to the Modesto Bee, when Ceres Police arrested 24-year-old Daniel Ramos on Saturday, they discovered he not only had suspected stolen items filling his pockets, he had on five pairs of women's panties.

Police say they had to cut the underwear off of Ramos including some string bikinis. The underwear has been identified by one of the burglary victims as hers.

Police believe Ramos may have been drinking. He's being held in the Stanislaus County Jail on $50,000 bond.
