Sen. John McCain has arrived in the Twin Cities as delegates to the Republican National Convention prepare to nominate him for president. McCain stepped off his campaign plane shortly before 1 p.m. EDT Wednesday at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. His running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, was among those greeting McCain.
