"Holiday In Bryant Park" attracted thousands of people into the park to be a part of the live television audience. CBS 2 HD anchors Chris Wragge and Kristine Johnson hosted.
Entertainment legend and Tony® winner Ben Vereen crooned Christmas songs along with Broadway stars such as two-time Tony and Emmy Award winner Bebe Neuwirth, Tony® nominee Kelli O'Hara, Drama Desk winner Norm Lewis from the new Broadway show "Disney's Little Mermaid" and the cast of the new Broadway hit "In The Heights."
Skating performances included three-time U.S. national pairs champions Ina and Zimmerman and U.S. and world figure skating champion Todd Eldridge, along with the acclaimed "Haydenettes," 2007 national champions in synchronized skating. Talent Unlimited, featuring a choir of 28 N.Y.C. city high schoolers, accompanied some of the stars.

WHAT"Holiday in Bryant Park" on CBS 2 HD, a special holiday show featuring a host of top Broadway performers, championship skaters, and a tree lighting ceremony. The 50-year old balsam fir tree hails from Québec and is 50 feet tall, has a 20-foot canopy and weighs more than 1,500 lbs. The tree has been decorated by award-winning Canadian designer Brian Gluckstein with 3,000 snowflakes, stars, starbursts and twig wreaths in silver, crystal and glass, along with 30,000 white lights. Surrounded by white doves and more lights, a seven-foot 3D star sits atop the tree.
