His team didn't win, but Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter is keeping his World Series promise. Nutter and Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced a first-of-its kind wager on the World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies. The losing city's mayor would travel to the winning city and participate ni a volunteer service project, while wearing of course a jersey from the winning team.
